Hi,
up to version 1.2.3 with PDF Creator PDF Creator was recorded a library useful to listen to the events file creation and more. From then until later in the current 1.6.2 no longer able to use. There is a solution to the problem or has been removed compatibility COM?
I use VB6.
Thank you for your attention and sorry for not good English.

Hi,
the COM compability is still there, do you get “Error 339 Component MSCOMCTL.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered”? If yes, running PDFCreator as admin once should solve the problem.
regards,
Robin
Thanks for the response.
No, the problem is that the installation does not register the COM component PDFCreator. If I try to manually register it with REGSVR32 "c:\\program files\\PDFCreator\\pdfcreator.exe" gives me the error: Could not find entry point.
Even if I start the program PDFCREATOR.EXE, as the administrator, the COM component is not registered.
I hope I was more clear in explaining the problem.
thanks again

Hi,
this is very odd, can you please try to uninstall PDFCreator, reboot your machine and run setup again afterwards?
regards,
Robin
Thanks again for your reply.
I tried uninstalling PDF Creator, reboot, and reinstall it again. The problem is still there.
I honestly do not know how to get on.
But it does not happen to anyone else?

Hi,
maybe something went wrong during the update from 1.2.3, could you please create a MD5 hash from the PDFCreator.exe (should be 9ba2330061905a4c678e323abe39bf87) and check the version of your pdfcmon.dll (should be 0.2.3.0)? Other users have had similar problems but in most cases they where resolved by running PDFCreator as admin once.
regards,
Robin
