Does PDFCreator have a dependency on MSXML4? We recently had to remove MSXML4 and are now seeing the CreateFiles getting a NAME NOT FOUND error when trying to open PDFCreator. Thanks!

not that I am aware of, but I’d need to ask our developers to be sure.
Do you get this error when starting the PDFCreator.exe or when you print something to the PDFCreator printer?
Have you already tried reinstalling PDFCreator?

The error happens when first launching PDFCreator. If you cancel out of the errors a number of times, it eventually does launch. However, once you try to actually use it, the error comes back again.
We have tried to uninstall and reinstall the application, but with no luck. We are going to try and do this again, but at this point we have not been able to run this application without the MSXML4 installed.
Any additional guidance would be greatly appreciated!
