Pdfcreator crash report help

Hello all! Happy new year!


I am a new happy pdfforge user. But it is constantly crashing. 
This is crash report. Do you have any idea what could be wrong?

I am afraid this is one of the errors which we are having trouble to track down, does this happen all of the time, or only sometimes?

Hello!


It happens almost every day. It goes like this:
I get this error msg. Until I don’t confirm msg I get no PDF.
But when I confirm msg, I get all print jobs that were created  while msg. was not confirmed.

So no print job (pdf) is lost. They just come after I confirm error msg.
I am using auto save function to store print jobs as pdf automatically.
Simple program is creating print jobs and they are automatically stored as pdf using pdf creator.

you have a different error, what is your full username on the machine?
There seems to be a problem getting the correct path to your user accounts temp folder.

   Please skip the Jan 7th issue. We have keep prompt below error message.

Your have different error. This discussion started with error that I posted so please don't mix
different things in there.

In past few week, I am tried to solve this crash error, it seem crash by any update patch processing into task icon such as window update, java update, I am worked fine within few week.
