PDFCreator does NOT work with DWG files - WHY

. . . because DWG files are NOT listed under OPTIONS > FORMAT.

This appears to be the case, given my experience thus far with the 0.9.9 release or version of PDFCreator.

Under FORMAT, I find only the following formats: PDF, PNG, JPEG, BMP, PCX, TIFF, PS, EPS, TXT, PSD, PCL, Raw, and SVG.

To me, this strongly suggests that members reporting their ability to convert an AutoCAD DWG file to PDF are either lying or have manipulated the program in some manner that does NOT exist in the download version from this website.

I am willing to be wrong here, but since I cannot find any proof to the contrary and support from those whom solicit my PayPal Donation appears non-existent, I can only assume that I am correct on this issue.

Hi T4USD, I am able to create PDF's from DWG files in autocad. I just go Print then choose PDF creator and it works.

Unfortunately, I am using an older version of AutoCAD (a DOS version) and therefore I must print outside of its software (which I run under Windows in a DOS window).

So I have DWG files that I cannot print because PDFCreator does not recognize DWG files and it cannot be customized to do so.
