Dear Sirs: first of all, thank you very much for the PDFCreator software. I was using it for a long time and now, that I have a new notebook (Windows 7 home edition), your software does not work anymore. I installed and reinstalled several times but the problem remains. Seems to be correctly installed but when I try to print a document (word or an image) the program does nothing. Only the printer window is opened, click on Print and nothing. Could you please help me?.

exactly the same for me.
The same happened when I upgraded pdfcreator to the 1.2.3 version.
Downgrading back to 1.2.2 didn't help.
Will try a registry cleanup next.
After cleaning the registry, I reran the installation and it told me to reboot,which I did.
After rebooting and reinstalling, pdfcreator attempted to recreate all the previous pdf's... then the pdfcreator printer entry was gone completely and of course pdfcreator can't work.
So, I ended up re-uninstalling completely the latest version. (yes trying 1.2.2 didn't work either).
I did a disk cleanup to remove temporary files and also did another registry cleanup.
Reinstalled the old version 1.2.0. This time the pdfcreator printer driver entry / icon reappeared.
I then upgraded to 1.2.2. Pdfcreator works normally now.
I think I will give version 1.2.3 a miss for now until the bugs are solved...
BTW my system is Win7 Pro 64 bit.
