PDFCreator generates a blank page

I have been unable to generate PDF since everything shown as a blank page. There are two scenarios which this happen

1. We have our application which uses PDFCreator to generate PDF and during export it gives me a blank page
2. Performing “Print Test Page” from Devices and Printers in Windows also give me a blank page

Tried on version 1.3.2 and 1.7.2 on Windows 7 Home (64bit)

Any help is much appreciated


please enable logging by pressing F3 on the PDF print monitor or selecting it from the “Printer” menu, run any printjob which creates a blank page and post the resulting log here or send it to support@pdfforge.org

was this generated by PDFCreator 1.7.2?
If yes it is using the wrong ghostscript version ( go to the ghostscript section of PDFCreator options and set it to use version 9.10).
If not please uninstall PDFCreator, reboot your machine and install version 1.7.2 afterwards, this makes sure there can’t be a problem with updating.
