PDFCReator is forcing me to "Save" before printing, why?

Hey guys,

Maybe it’s me, may be not.

I’ve a “Custom Profile” with a “Run Script” action.
What I’d like to achieve is very simple:

1. Anyone using my computer can “Print” any document through this “Custom Profile”.
2. The “Run Script” will upload this document to my FTP server (already working like a charm)
3. PDFCreator print this document

When reaching “step 2”, PDFCreator shows a pop-up window with 4 buttons:
Settings | Cancel | E-Mail | Save

This is a bit annonying because it requires a human interaction which I’d like to avoid.

Now, the only possible action to get the job done is to click the “Save” button.
Then, I’m asked to choose a file where to store the document (what for?).

After these intercations, my document is successfully uploaded to my FTP and also printed.

Can someone please point me to a way to avoid these interactions?
The idea is to simplify this process as much as I possible: a one-click step.

Thanks in advance
Zab

Hi,

you can’t avoid saving, but if you enable autosave in the PDFCreator options there won’t be any user interaction required, files will all be automatically saved to the folder you chose (it can be a temp folder).
