Hello Team,
We are currently experiencing an issue with the PDFCreator software integrated into our application for generating PDF files. Each day, we print several files, and while the software operates correctly for a few of them, it eventually stops creating PDFs after some days.
Upon investigation, we noticed a significant number of .ps files stuck in the spool directory located at C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Temp\PDFCreator\spool. To temporarily resolve this issue, we need to restart our application and submit a new print job. Once we do this, the software successfully generates PDFs for the new files, as well as for the previously stuck files.
PDFCreator error log shows lots of “no file in infoDatafile” and “Ghostscript conversion” errors .
