I've been using PDFcreator for several years and until recently, after I save a PDF file, PDFcreator ran Adobe Reader to display the new PDF file. But it recently stopped doing that.
As an experiment I tried changing the PDFcreator settings to "Autosave" and selected "After saving open the document with the default program" and it ran Reader correctly - so there is no problem communicating between PDFcreator and Reader. But I don't want to use Autosave.
What can I do to make PDFcreator work the way it did before?

I had the same problem after updating to new version. Here's how I made it work like it did before.
After clicking print, the window opens to allow you to name the file and save it. Look for box at bottom of window next to "after saving open document with default program". Make sure box is checked.
