Is the download the same for the Business application? If not, then the link in the email sent after the purchase is wrong. Can you please send the correct one if that is the case?
Same problem for me, except I haven’t even received the confirmation email with the PDFCreator Plus link (which can be download from site normally).
What I paid for and need to use on my Terminal Server is PDFCreator Plus for Business
It also states that Business customers get premier email support. I sent the email yesterday. Still no response.

sorry about the issue with the link; we did get a lot of mails about this and answered all of them as quickly as possible. The address for premium support is included in the welcome mail which every user receives after purchasing, but it sounds like this is easily overlooked, we will try to make it more obvious. I have gone through all mails sent to the support account and you all should have received a response in the meanwhile.
No emails are dropped, in rare occasions it happens that a mail gets stuck in the spam trap.
Contacting us directly through the forum also usually works, but it might take longer for us to respond.
