PDFCreator-Professional-6_2_1-Setup_MSI not uploading in NinjaOne

I am trying to upload the latest release 6.2.1 to NinjaOne for automation to our companies users. I get this error after selecting Submit. (Something went wrong. Please try again.) I have restarted the PC, app and re downloaded and unzipped the file correctly. Any help will be appreciated.

I am afraid the error message is too unspecific for us to provide any insight on what might be going wrong. If you can provide any additional logs or information, we will gladly have another look at this. Do other MSI currently upload there correctly, to rule out any network issues with the upload?
