We have been using PDFCreator server 3.1.1 since 2023 and everything has been going well. We do the silent install on our workstations utilizing the Trusted Publishers certificate and Active Directory. We made note that the certificate would expire in 2025. We recently updated PDFCreator server to 3.3.2 (downloaded PDFCreator-Server-3_3_2-Setup.exe)and expected the certificate to update on the server so we could take that and re-distribute as in PDFCreator's instructions. It did not. It still shows the same date. We tried to trick it and see if it would drop a new one if we created a new queue. Nope. The questions we have are if that cert expires...does it matter? Will the silent install break. Is there a way to trick the system to drop a new cert? Has anyone installed 3.3.2 fresh (not upgraded) and what is the date on that cert? Could we get a trial license. Install 3.3.2 on a separate box and copy that cert out? Is there a correlation between the cert and driver?
