Hello. I have three licenses for PDFCreator Business. All 3 are being used, however one of the users needs her computer replaced. When I uninstalled PDFCreator from her current computer I guess the server didn't register because when I try to install it to her new computer, I get an error. How can I vacate the license?

you can go to license.pdfforge.org and request a password for the email associated with your purchase, which can then be used to login and revoke the activation for the replaced machine.
Alternatively you can contact our support and they will help you.
