using PDFCreator 1.5.0 in server mode on Windows 2003 server, editing registry settings in HKLM\\Software\\PDFCreator\\Printing\\Formats\\PDF\\Security.
I set PDFUserPassword String but when creating PDF it does not require a password to open. I tried to set the owner password but it will not stay. And the PDFEncryptor setting is 0, not sure if that is important.
