PFD Creator and Wingdings font

Hi all,
I’m trying to print a word document (.doc) from Word 2013 that contains checkboxes created with Wingdings font; now I must create modules with Acrobat XI, but checkboxes aren’t converted. It seems that during conversion with PDF Creator something is lost…

I’m using Windows 7 Professional 64-bit and PDF Creator 1.7.3 (it’s installed on a server with Windows Serve 2008 R2)

Anyone have this problem?

a poosilbe workarround could be converting to an image first and to PDF afterwards, unless you need to transfer real searchable text at the same time.

thanks for help. However, text in pdf must be searchable…

(Acrobat version is 11.0.8, not 9)
