Poor image quality

I have installed the PDFCreator server version 1.7.1 on a W2K8 R2 Print server. Everything works as expected but when I print to a PDF file from Word or Internet Explorer the images are of abominable quality.

I have already set all compression off in the PDF settings and set the printerdriover DPI to 2400 but nothing helps.

Anything I might have missed in the tweaking?

Hi,

have you tired to use a high quality printing profile?
The settings you changed should have done the trick, but maybe soomething was overlooked so I suggest you try using the hi quality profile to check if it a bug or wrong settings.
