After an update to IE7 (I have found IE8 too unstable) on XP the PDFCreator "Print Monitor" dialog box disappears. PDFCreator is an active application in Task Manager however there is no way to "swith to" it. I had this problem a while back and found a solution in this forum ... I have been searching for hours and can't "refind" the solution. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
