Print with notepad only create pdf file of 3KB containing nothing

Hi.
I installed 1.6.2 of pdf creator on windows xp +sp3 but find that print with notepad only create pdf file of 3KB containing nothing. I try with word and excel but it works. Any reason?

did the document contain chinese characters?
And is it the same document which works in word that doesn´t work in notepad?

Hi,
I find the answer from the faq which state about blank file created due to vb6.
I installed an old version  1.2.2 again for xp temporarily.
