Printed before, now, suddenly, no printing and no error message

Hi, there,

I need help to figure out the following problem:

I used pdfcreator for a while. It works well. Thanks. Then, suddenly, a few days ago, no printing and no error message.

I use a windows 7 system and HP notebook PC.

Now, I install pdfcreator 1.3.1. Still the same thing. Open the printer status bar by the side, I can see when I click the print inside WORD, in the print status bar, it quickly showed "printing", then, “deleting".

For a few days, I can't print anything with pdfcreator.

 

Any help is appreciated.
