When I print a multi-page document to JPEG, I thankfully get each page saved like:
mydocument-.jpg
mydocument-2.jpg
mydocument-3.jpg
mydocument-4.jpg
How can I get that first page/jpeg to have “1” on the end?
Or better yet, 01?

I am afraid it is not possible to set this, but we will probably change this in the future, perhaps we will use a windws style numbering like file, file(1),file(2) etc.
