Problem using MS Publisher

After my client created a PDF file from MS Publisher using PDFCreator on Windows XP, I attempted to use Imagemagick's convert command to create a PNG image file of the PDF.  This is not the only time I have seen this problem.

The following shows the command used, errors produced, and versions of the applications involved.  I have a PDF sample that I would be happy to send if requested.

Thank you!
