After my client created a PDF file from MS Publisher using PDFCreator on Windows XP, I attempted to use Imagemagick's convert command to create a PNG image file of the PDF. This is not the only time I have seen this problem.
The following shows the command used, errors produced, and versions of the applications involved. I have a PDF sample that I would be happy to send if requested.
