Problem with Free 3 to 9 barcode font in PDFCreator

Hello there,

i'm using pdfcreator for converting a PDF into a PDF\A, but it appears that the program convert the barcode font into numbers.
We need to maintain the barcode font properly.
Anyone knows the solution?
