Hi zusammen,
ich habe letzte Woche ein PDF Creator Update auf unserem Terminal-Server durchgeführt.
Seit dem Update gibt es ein kleines Problem dass mir die User melden.
- Windows Server 2016, aktuelle Updates installiert
- PDF Creator 5.0.3
- PDF Creator wird als "Sammeldruck" verwendet.
Viele User beschreiben folgendes Fehlerbild:
Ich öffne unser CRM oder ein einfaches Word
Ich drucke auf den "Sammeldruck" -> PDF Creator Drucker
PDF Creator macht den Sammeldruck vollständig fertig (keine Probleme)
Sporadisch kommen mehrere gleiche Fehlermeldungen:
