Hello everyone, my first question ever!
First of all i would just like to say thank you for the great program!
I have stumbled upon a little bit of a problem and was wondering if anyone here would know a solution.
Usually
when we print our invoices with SAGE 50 (Peachtree Accounting) we use
PDFcreator and it prints a copy to the printer in my office and saves a
copy of the invoice to the server, under the sales person name in their
individual folder, which also has a list of all the companies names and
then it goes in there. for example:
Hit print, select pdfcreator.
Look on server under folder: UPLOAD/INPUT/SALES/RYAN/COMPANY A/ invoice goes here
But now, don’t know why… every invoice is being saved to: UPLOAD/INPUT/FAILED
and not under the correct name either. Usually it saves it as the invoice number, but now its a generic PDF title…
