Last evening I desperately needed to work over a PDF. I fell for the promotion and bought the package with the promise from someone that a license would show up in 15 minutes. It did not. I cobbled together an unsatisfactory piece of work. This morning, no license, the money is still gone from my account.
I wonder if I need the product more than I need my money returned?
This forum is for PDFCreator help. PDFCreator is a free program. If someone charged you money for it, you got ripped off.
