Suddenly out of the blue my PDF creator won't work and is giving me these two error messages. I tried loading the latest version of PDF Creator but that gave me the same messages. I re-installed the old program all over again - still won't work. Why did this happen and how can I fix it? I really need to be able to use PDF Creator - I use it constantly.

I can't figure out how to load the screen shots into this reply, but I do have them Please advise.
