Hi, I am getting an error when converting an autocad to pdf

Runtime Error!

C:\Windows\system32\spool\DRIVERS\x54\3\PNPUB6.exe is not a PDFCreator related file, 
I am afraid we can’t help you with this. It looks like it might be related to plug n play.
