Security settings for password protection

I must be missing something somewhere. I see on the website that you can protect a document with a password and encrypt it as well, but I have yet to see any settings to allow this.  Can someone help point me in the right direction?

in the PDF Creator settings under Formats -> PDF -> Security you will find all you are looking for.
