I just bought a license for PDF Creator Pro 4.0.4.
I defined security settings to deny copy and print from printed PDF file but It is not working.
It remain possible to copy text and print using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
This is absolutly abnornal. How can I get this fixed ?

sorry for the trouble.
I wasn't able to reproduce the issue, the restrictions were applied and handled correctly.
Did you provide an owner password?
If you leave this blank, no security will be applied, because it is impossible to do so without an owner password. This will not require users to know the password in order to open the document,it is only needed to be able to edit the document or its restrictions.
