I would like to be able to issue a customised letter via email to invidual recipients in PDF.
The recipients email address is contained in the content of the letter being sent.
Is it possible to send the email to the email address contained in the letter after saving the PDF?
I would also like to password protect the PDF to a predefined pattern, say recipients birthday as ddMmmyyyy e.g 08Nov1970. The user would be prompted to enter this password in order to open the PDF email attachment.
I have read various entries in this forum that this can be done using scripts- but I am not that technical and this appears to not be that easy to do.
Has anyone successfully done this or something very similar?
It would be good to know how to do this and would make life a whole lot easier.
