Server install. Domain admin can create PDFs. Domain users cannot

I have done a server install on our Windows Server 2003. Setup the printer and shared folder. Domain admins can create PDFs but domain users fail. It appears that the file is sent to the server, no message on the client PC, the printer appears and then disappears, the server event viewer states the "document was deleted on PDFCreator" those are the exact words. The users can create files and folders in the shared folder.


How do I procede in troubleshooting this problem?
