Strange Greek characters

Hello. I need an assistant why in Windows 7, with latest pdfcreator some pages can not create pdf with correct characters. Foe example i need to print from internet explorer and some Greek characters are very strange special the "ε".

Any solution?

I reintsall and install severall times. The problem is one letter only. Letter is ε . Can you think something? Other program works fine like TINYPDF. So i think the problem is somewhere else.
