Terminal Server Installation

Hello,

I would like to setup PDF Creator in a multi-users environment.

I have installed the product on my W2003 TSE server in standard mode, as stated in the setup program. The trouble is, when printing  a file to pdfcreator printer, all connected users are receiving the popup Window with file info !!

What is the best way to implement the product in such environment to avoid this issue ?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Are the users logged in with the same name? And PDFCreator isn't running and the users didn't use the same temp path? All the problems sounds like a server installation. Mhmm ....

Hi Franck,

Thanks for your quick reply.

I didn't do the install myself, but I can confirm that each user has a different login and that PDFCreator is not running as a service.

And I just check that the registry entry for the product is under HKLM and not HKCU !! That means a server install I think ?

Should I uninstall and reload the software in user mode ? And that's it ?

This would be great.

Thanks for your assistance

In a TSE environment, softwares must always be installed for a single user and never for server user. That the rule for all TSE software, not only for PDFcreator.
