The pdf file printed by pdfcreator is blank!

I'M a user from China.The software has a fatal bug.The pdf file printed by pdfcreator is blank!!!!

My system is Win7 64bit,System Language is Chinese.The problem has occured after version 1.2.3.when the software was installed,it may works ok,but when the computer is reboot ,every file it create is blank.

the software before version 1.2.3 do not have this problem

Hi,

does this “only” happen, when Chinese characters are in the metadata, or always?

hi ,Robin .It happens all the time,the problem occured after version 1.2.3，even pictures can not be printed.I guess it has no matter with the metadata.

In China ,this bug is known to many users.

Hi,

could you help us track down the problem by enabling logging for the pdfcmon.dll? (+standard pdfcreator logging)
To enable logging by add the following DWORD (32 bit) value to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Monitors\pdfcmon in your registry: name : Logging, value :1. This will cause PDFCreator to create an advanced logfile at %Windir%\Temp\_pdfcmonLog.txt

well for this log there was 影像查看器 in the document name, please try simply naming it test to make sure this wasn´t the problem.

“QQ影像查看器” is a software’s name.It has no matter wth the problem.I’m sure about that.
