the Windows explorer opens first

Hello everyone, we have had the problem with some employees recently: if you want to save a Word document as a PDF, the Windows explorer opens first and if you click away, the PDF creator opens. Does anyone know what attitude we have wrong or is the problem elsewhere? Sincerely, Nick Koerk

Hi Nick,

Are you saving or printing a Word document? It is not 'normal' that PDFCreator starts when you save a Word document or click a Windows Explorer window away.
