I want to get a refund for my PDF Architect, as it didn’t give me what I was after, but I can’t get into the support team to do so. When I try to look up my purchase, they keep asking for my zip code, but it only has a 6 character space, and not including a space my post code has 7 characters, so I can’t continue on. How would I sort this out?
