Tutorial created for installing without toolbar

 Hi all,

I have created a tutorial on how to install PDFCreator without the toolbar, since it appears to be such a common issue with many users. Please let me know what you think!

The issue is not so much not knowing to clear the checkbox for the toolbar and such.  the issue is with a silent/unattended installation that doesn't install the toolbar or search ooption
