Unknown error [1]

I am using labview to automate the pdfcreator and whenever it goes to print,the pdfcreator pops up a “unknown error [1]” message. One thing I also noticed is that while selecting the object from the type library, I am only able to select “PDFCreator Version 1.0” instead of “PDFCreator Version 7.1” as some users have noted. I have tried with PDFCreator V1.6.2 and V1.1.0 and also using LabVIEW 8.5 and LabVIEW2010 on a XP machine and all give me the same error.

I got it working finally. I uninstalled everything and reinstalled the PDFCreator V1.1.0. I checked the type library and both “PDFCreator Version 1.0” and “PDFCreator Version 7.1” appear. After selecting the version 7.1, it worked. 


I tried on another computer and installed PDFCreator V1.1.0 and for the type library, only PDFCreator Version 7.1 showed up.
