Using 6.1 with access to activeX COM model
Upgrading to 6.2
Can't access to activeX COM model
Need to uninstall then reinstall then set again licence number then profile parameters.....

Hi, sorry for the trouble.
Normally this shouldn't happen, but it seems there was an issue regarding the COM registration during the update. If you encounter this issue again, you can use the setuphelper.exe to register the COM object without having to reinstall. We try to make our update procedure as robust as possible, but COM (de)registration remains slightly tricky.
