Upgrade onto new Laptop: Error 60

Good morning, I purchased PdfA v4 Professional Plan and have been happily using it for several years. I have regularly received notifications to upgrade at a discount. I recently got a new laptop and decided this was a good opportunity to upgrade to the latest version. However, I can't get the discount pricing without going to the old laptop. I tried to install v4 on the new laptop thinking I would start getting the discount notifications and could go from there but I get a "Perform: error 60" error. How should I proceed?

Hi Scott, same issue there on a workstation, stuck while it tries to upgrade installer...

Same here. I got a new PC and am not using the old laptop this was installed on (display broke), but am getting Error 60 when I attempt to run the Installer.

I am also experiencing an immediate error in the V 4 installer on my new Windows 10 laptop: Perform error: 35
