Who do I contact when my activation does not work

We have recently downloaded and bought PDF Artitect 2 Standard onto a collegues PC but the activation codes does not work. Every time he goes into the application it asks for an activation code


please contact support@pdfforge.org. You could check if the firewall might be blocking the PDF Architect. If he is behind a proxy server, you will need to enter the proxy details in the advanced settings of PDF Architect.
