At forums.pdfforge.org I can successfully log in, but on support.pdfforge.org I’m informed that my login is wrong while as a customer I ought to have a login … Take it or leave it, I just wanted to answer to a support email.

both systems aren’t directly connected to each other, so it isn’t possible to login support.pdfforge.org with your forum credentials, but will require to create a new account or login via social auth. If it is only for replying to the support team, you can reply by email directly and it will go to the ticket system automatically (and vice versa).
