Why does the email client keeps on poping up

I’ve recently installed and configured a PDF Creator printer.

I’ve configured the profile to send an email with the generated pdf to a given user providing all the smtp parameters. That works fine.
I’ve also unchecked the option to open an email client, just above the send email, however every time a print a document the email client pops up
