Hi,

this is most likely not a PDFCreator issue, but there seems to be problems with this .dll in a lot of applications, we can’t really do anything about it. A quick search suggested disabling the loading of the .dll on startup, but I can’t really tell if that is a good idea.

regards,

Robin

Thanks for reply!

1. How to ‘disable’ audiodev.dll ? Renaming and rebooting?

2. There are some DEP (Date execution protection) issues describben in www. Maybe exclusion of PDFcreator.exe from DEP will solve this issue?

Hi,

1. Would "disable" it I guess, but do this only on your own risk.
2. This could work, but I need to ask a developer to be sure.

regards,

Robin

Thanks, asking a developer would really nice…
Feedback will be granted

Hi,

our dev also couldn’t find a connection between the audiodev.dll and PDFCreator and can’t guarantee excluding PDFCreator from DEP to be safe.

regards,

Robin
