I keep getting errors in win 8.1 in win 7 and even 8 there’s no problem but 8.1, its like 7 out of 10 times i have an error can anyone help please? is there a specific version for 8.1 or something?

which version are you running?
Both versions 1.7.x and 1.9.x should run normally on Windows 8.1 (and do on our test machines)
What error exactly do you get?
